I provide compassionate patient-centered care in English and Spanish. I use a holistic approach centered around the belief that mental health is just as important as physical health. In addition my goal is to provide you with effective care and treatment for various mood and behavioral disorders such as, depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, schizophrenia, post-traumatic stress disorder, and others. I provide a supportive and professional environment where you can have a safe place to talk, share, and overcome. As a practitioner I strive to form a therapeutic relationship with my clients. A therapeutic relationship that is caring, supportive, nonjudgmental behavior, and in a safe environment. Thus, as a client you will be encouraged to be actively involved in your individualized treatment plan. To get to know you better and to develop that therapeutic relationship at an initial visit
