Parenting/Social Skills Psychoeducational Groups

Program Overview

This group course runs for 8 weeks for 2 hours each meeting.  A commitment to attend all 8 weeks is required.  The course can start at anytime and will be completed after the 8th meeting.  The course is for single parents or couples. There is a discount available for the second parent. 

Target Audience

This program is designed for parents of children who are struggling with stress from children with ADHS, Autism, or other behavior issues.  It also addresses issues that parents may encounter is areas such as communication, setting boundaries, conflict resolution,  and dealing with life crisis.  The program is available in Spanish and English,

Program Goals

This Program will provide parents of children of all ages to better deal with the struggles they deal with in their parenting journey.  Whether dealing with the stress of a Physical or Mental issue to dealing with teenager behavior issues to dealing with loss in their family, this program will give parent tools and skills to help them through.

Commitment

Parents who join this program are expected to complete all 8 sessions.  The program can begin on any session and will run until all sessions have been completed.  Participants are encouraged to actively engage in the sessions.
