I meet my clients at their comfort level and together we establish goals that work to build a life of wellness. My educational background includes an MS in Mental Health Counseling and a PhD in Marriage and Family Therapy both from Nova Southeastern University. I was part of the HBO documentary Thin and have been a speaker and interviewed in the topic of eating disorder.
