What We Treat
We understand that at times, life can offer unprecedented challenges. Our lives are full of stressful situations that often feel overwhelming.
Sometimes, talking to a professional can help sort things out. Our Providers treat children, adolescents, adults and families with a full range of issues. No matter what is troubling you – we are here to help.
Addictions
Experimental drug use can quickly turn into a desire to achieve an ever growing high, with more frequent use. Soon, the drug becomes the only way to feel good. Addiction therapy can get your life back on track of not depending on drugs.
Anger Management
Do you get angry when you are asked to open up and share your feelings? Do you lack patience? Are your family members or kids afraid to talk to you? If you answered yes to any of the above questions, it may be time to consider anger management therapy.
Anxiety
Anxiety disorders differ from normal feelings of nervousness or anxiousness, and involve excessive fear or stress that seems to be unfounded. Anxiety disorders are the most common of mental disorders and affect nearly 30% of adults at some point in their lives. Treating anxiety can lead to a more productive life.
Attention Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder
There are 3 primary characteristics of ADHD: Inattentiveness, hyperactivity, and impulsivity. All 3 aren’t always prominent in a child with ADHD, and can manifest without “bouncing off the walls.” Treating ADHD can significantly help a child with school and social settings.

Women may experience certain environmental, psychological and biological challenges related that have a significant impact on their mental health and wellbeing. If not addressed properly, these challenges can turn into burdens that often lead to anxiety, depression and a lost sense of self.
Men’s Issues
From a young age, men are taught rigid masculinity, to be strong and to keep their emotions from surfacing. This often leads to many men feeling isolated, anxious and depressed. This, combined with the stigma of seeking therapy, can lead to a very difficult position.

When couples go through hardships, it can be hard to understand each other’s point of view. Going to couples therapy can help a couple receive advice from an unbiased source. Couples therapy is for relationships at every stage, no conflict is too big or too small to be treated.

This 16-week program is designed to address relational issues that contribute to mental and emotional distress.
