Logan Perl

Counselor

I work with children, adolescents, and adults, and specialize in supporting them through challenges such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, behavioral concerns, trauma, and grief. My educational background includes a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.

I utilize a client-centered approach, tailoring therapy to meet the unique needs of each individual. In addition to this foundation, I pull from various therapeutic theories, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, relational theories, and psychodynamic approaches. This integrative style allows me to create a flexible and supportive environment where clients can explore their emotions, build coping strategies, and work toward personal growth.

In my work with children and adolescents, I focus on addressing emotional and behavioral issues while fostering healthy development and strengthening family dynamics. For adults, I provide support in navigating life’s stresses, building resilience, and managing transitions.
