Building strong, trusting relationships is at the core of my therapeutic approach. I strive to create a culturally sensitive and nonjudgmental space where clients of all ages feel safe to explore their emotions, challenges, and goals. My style is collaborative, compassionate, and structured, allowing me to meet clients where they are while gently guiding them toward growth and healing. I bring particular sensitivity when working with individuals and families who have experienced trauma or emotional instability, especially children and adolescents navigating complex stressors. Whether I’m supporting a parent through a challenging transition, helping a teen recover from trauma, or teaching emotional regulation to a young child, my goal is always to foster resilience and restore a sense of balance.
Therapy sessions are guided by evidence-based practices tailored to each individual’s needs. I integrate a range of interventions including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), mindfulness-based strategies, play therapy, Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), Family Systems Therapy, Motivational Interviewing (MI), and psychoeducation. These methods allow me to support clients across developmental stages and clinical presentations, while offering tools that promote insight, empowerment, and lasting change.
Bilingual in Spanish and English, I am deeply committed to offering accessible and developmentally appropriate care to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds. Above all, I strive to be a steady and empowering presence in my clients’ journeys toward healing and well-being.
