Julia Lowe

I am a Dual Board-Certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of experience in the nursing field. My healthcare journey began with a degree in psychology, which sparked my passion for mental health and laid the foundation for my patient-centered, integrated approach to care. I have worked across diverse clinical settings, including telemedicine, where I provide compassionate and accessible care to individuals across the lifespan. My clinical interests include mood disorders, anxiety, attention-deficit disorders, and substance use, with a strong emphasis on culturally competent and evidence-based treatment. I am fluent in both English and Spanish and committed to building trust with every patient I serve. I believe in treating the whole person—mind and body—and empowering patients through empathy, education, and collaboration. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and traveling as a way to recharge and stay grounded.
