I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) therapist with a Master’s Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Barry University. I work mostly with individuals ages 12 and older facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and life transitions. Depending on each client’s needs, I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), solution-focused techniques, psychoanalytic insight, and trauma-focused approaches, including certification in Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), to provide effective, personalized support.
I provide culturally sensitive care informed by my own experience of navigating identity, belonging, and transitions. My goal is to create a supportive space where clients feel safe and understood as they strengthen emotional regulation, build resilience, and move toward greater balance and personal growth.
