Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Tobacco Treatment Specialist based in Miami, offering telehealth services throughout Florida. With a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from Carlos Albizu University (2014), the counselor is also certified by The Center for Mind-Body Medicine and specializes in integrative, holistic care.

I have experience working with diverse populations and now offer individualized, bilingual therapy (English & Spanish) in a safe, nonjudgmental environment. My flexible, evidence-based approach includes CBT, ACT, DBT, IPT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered Therapy. I also provide specialized support for tobacco cessation.
