I work with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing life transitions, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, behavioral concerns, and mood-related challenges. I hold a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Nova Southeastern University.
My therapeutic approach is client-centered and integrative, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and mindfulness-based interventions. I focus on enhancing emotional awareness, self-compassion, and overall personal development while addressing behavioral and emotional concerns.
In therapy, I emphasize building a strong therapeutic alliance grounded in collaboration, trust, and mutual respect. My goal is to provide a supportive and structured environment that promotes insight, emotional regulation, and long-term growth.
