We are committed to helping you receive the quality care and the insurance coverage you deserve. We will advocate for your coverage. If you have coverage, you will be responsible for your deductible and coinsurance. During the intake process, our staff will provide support in verifying your plan’s benefits package and will complete all necessary paperwork, pre-authorization and required case reviews. Self-pay options are also available.
