As the General Manager of Weston Psychological Associates, I oversee the daily operations of the practice and am dedicated to providing an exceptional experience for every client and family. Over the past nine years, I have had the privilege of growing with the practice, working alongside an incredible team to ensure our clients receive compassionate, high-quality care from their very first interaction through the completion of their services. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Industrial-Organizational Psychology and a Master of Health Administration, which have provided me with a strong foundation in organizational leadership, healthcare operations, and patient-centered practice management. These experiences have shaped my approach to building efficient systems, supporting our clinical team, and ensuring that every client receives outstanding service. I am passionate about creating a welcoming, organized, and supportive environment where clients feel heard, valued, and confident throughout their care. I take pride in fostering strong relationships with our clinicians, staff, and families while helping our practice continue to grow and serve the community with excellence.
