What is your payment policy?

Weston Psychological Associates’ fees are consistent with the usual and customary standards in our community. We are in-network with most major insurance providers. We are committed to helping you receive the quality care and the insurance coverage you deserve. We will advocate for your coverage. If you have coverage, you will be responsible for your deductible and coinsurance. During the intake process, our staff will provide support in verifying your plan’s benefits package and will complete all necessary paperwork, pre-authorization and required case reviews. Self-pay options are also available.

How do I choose a therapist?

Most of our therapists have a specialty. If you were not referred to anyone specifically, our clinical director can help find you the right therapist. Just give us a call!

What should I look for in a therapist?

We believe that is important to ask the right questions about a therapist before you make a decision. Some important questions to consider:

  • What is their education?
  • What do they specialize in?
  • Where did they have their residency/training?
  • Are they licensed?

Once these questions are answered the most important criteria is your own, personal preference: Do you feel comfortable having a conversation with them?

What are your hours?

We try to accommodate everyone’s schedule. Our hours are usually from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Monday through Friday, and Saturday 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM. If these hours don’t work for you, we will make every effort to accommodate your schedule to the best of our ability.
